Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for prepaid services that are not delivered due to unavoidable issues from our side. In case of any dissatisfaction, clients may request a review or follow-up session instead of a refund.
